What material is Shard product made from?
The entire Shard dish collection is earthenware and is microwave and dishwasher safe. Shard ornaments are dolomite. All linen products are 100% cotton. Products are all handmade and imagery are high quality decals and details are hand painted.
When will my order ship?
In stock orders will ship within 5 business days. If you need Shard product shipped sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to ship same day or next business day at no additional charge.
How much does shipping cost?
Starting in 2025, we’ve introduced a new pricing structure that includes free shipping for all SHARD products to the lower 48 states. For Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, a 5% upcharge will apply on the set prices.
All orders will ship UPS. If you would like to use your own account, ship with a different carrier, or use freight please contact info@shardathome.com.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you feel you have received product in error or your order is incomplete please contact us at info@shardathome.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

What is your return policy?
All wholesale orders are considered final once they ship from our New Jersey warehouse, unless authorized by Shard.
If an order is authorized to be returned, shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee may apply. We only accept returns if your product arrives to you damaged or incorrect.
Does Shard offer any quantity discounts?
We are introducing quantity discounts to benefit our volume buyers!
- Orders over $1,000 will receive a 5% discount.
- Orders over $2,500 will receive a 10% discount. These discounts apply per order, and all items in the order must ship together unless some are backordered.

Does SHARD Zip Code Protect Or Offer Brand Exclusivity?
The minimum order quantity to qualify for Zip Code Protection will remain at $5,000. Locations that ordered over $5,000 worth of product in the previous year will automatically be zip code protected for 2025 unless we are notified otherwise. If you haven’t reached the $5,000 threshold in 2024 but would like to qualify for exclusivity, you can receive zip code protection by placing an order of $2,500 before April 1st, with the remainder of your order completed throughout the year. If the total isn’t met, your location will no longer be eligible for zip code protection. If you purchase through Faire, please review their specific requirements to meet the $5,000 minimum.
